Poly-Die™, a polyurethane material is specifically designed for dental laboratories. They can be used with any type of impression material and many different styles of models, from regular pin to tray and plastic plate systems.
Poly-Die is ideal for implants, orthodontic models and partial denture work and can be used in combination with regular stone when using dowel pins, providing superior cost savings.
The die material features no contraction or expansion, eliminating the fit problems sometimes encountered with typical die stone. Poly-Die is odorless and dyable (with common food coloring) to virtually any color and has a 60-90 minute set time.
Due to the inclusion of advanced resin technologies, Poly-Die weighs 40% less than other materials, producing more models for less consumption.
