Participants recently traveled to the state-of-the-art VITA North America Training Center in Yorba Linda to take part in a sold out “Get the Artistry Back” porcelain course led by renowned instructor, Bobby Williams, C.D.T. Course emphasis was placed on how to use VITA VM®13 to create profitable restorations. The two-day, hands-on workshop, which took place April 8-9, walked students through the details of an accurate and repeatable model process, followed by a step-by-step advanced layering technique using VITA VM®13 ceramics. Students learned the importance of internal staining with fluorescence, contour and texture and final polishing techniques. Feedback from participants included these comments: “The level of excellence from everyone involved was great!” and the course was “technical, practical and generous.”
